I wanted to know what would be a good lineup of excercises or daily log of what to do at the gym or at home. I'm looking to put alot of muscle in my legs, i need my speed to be higher.

Well if you want leg strength and you are looking for it in the gym you need to have two items for sure.

Squats and Leg Presses.

After that you may want to hit the quad curls (leg curls or whatever it's called when you sit down with your legs in a seated position as if you are sitting at a table and then you put your foot under the pad and extend your leg away from the chair) and hamstring curls.

For leaning the muscle mass that you build with those workouts you should seriously consider Tae Bo. Billy Blanks' workouts are insane.

I have been told that the way to know if your off ice is bringing your on ice speed up is to increase your vertical jump and get as quick as possible in the 40 yard.

suicides can help with leg strenght speed and the ability to stop and go quickly. while doing curls will help with slap shots ( thats what i do anyway and i have a decent shot).
