Do you capitalize career fields?

I'm writing an Objective statement for my resume and am not sure if I should capitalize "corrections"

Technically you should not, but I would in a statement such as:

I wish to become a Corrections Officer.

Names, beginning of sentences, initials, titles, yes if it is one these I would.
