Wrinkle prevention starts from within, and you're being very proactive by taking steps now. First, avoid the sun as long as you can, and stay out of tanning beds. Don't smoke cigarettes, and use alcohol in moderation. Take those vitamins ... they'll help to maintain the elasticity of the skin. If you live in a dry climate, moisturize with a lightweight moisturizer with SPF 15 every day ( Olay products ) are great. Invest in a therapeutic pillow that elevates the head ... we get many wrinkles while we sleep. If you catch yourself frowning, stop. We all know how those furrows in the forehead make a person look more stressed and older than he/she really is. Hope this helps ... have a great week!

Hi there. I'm 27 and started using an anti-aging line last year. You're smart to start early!

Research your products! Most on the US market contain ingredients such as alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, acetone, mineral oil, etc. that cause irritation and dryness. Those that contain mineral oil, the molecular structure of which is too large to penetrate the pores of your skin, sit on the top layer like saran wrap. Those products give a temporary feeling of softness and get wiped off over time having little to no benefit. You need a pure, water based product that will penetrate the dermis and deeply condition and hydrate your skin while providing you with the proper botanical ingredients to give you maximum benefit.

I'm 27 and love and live by Arbonne. Their revolutionary anti-aging system is specifically formulated to reduce the affects of sun damage, decrease fine lines and wrinkles, while it works to combat the visual signs of aging. The system consists of products that contain natural collagens, giving your skin a natural lift. They're all botanically based, pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, formulated without the ingredients listed above. They're unlike any others on the market with all 9 key anti-aging elements, giving you maximum benefit. Their products are also formulated with nanosphere technology which makes them beneficial for all skin types and adjusts to your skins specific needs by applying more moisture in dry areas and less is oily areas. This line consists of all 9 key anti-aging elements needed to formulate a beneficial anti-aging system. Research shows that 6 months continued use of this system will give a 68% decrease in DEEP density lines and wrinkles; however I started to notice results within a week or two. If you want a fountain of youth, this is it. Take a look at some of the before and after results below.

If you're open to trying a free sample, I'll be happy to send you one. Also, you have the option of purchasing the products at 35% off. If you decide that you love the anti-aging system, you can purchase the entire 7 piece set (hydrating wash, balancing toner, facial serum, transforming lift, eye creme, day creme (SPF 8), and night creme) for only $172 and the entire set will last you 6-8 months! It has pre-measured pumps so there is no waste. Good luck.

I agree, a lot of California girls are going to need this at an early age. I saw a child a while back who had wrinkles. I had to do a double take because I thought it was a really petite middle aged person, but it was actually a child who looked to be 12 or 13 years old. Scary. I recommend the Aubrey Organics sunscreen available at heath food stores during the day. Try http://www.makeupalley.com for product recommendations...

i would not use anti wrinkle in your early 20's unless you have major wrinkles.

using anti wrinkle cream at an early age can actually damage your skin. it also does not prevent future wrinkles.

i suggest to wait until the first moment you see a wrinke, the cream will revers it.

i know that Dior has some amazing anti wrinkle cream thats around $70. i've seen it at Sephora.

The best cream is LA MER. But it is very expensive. Not for all pockets. So, If you are looking for a high quality anti aging and wrinkle cream, I suggest you the 50 ml cream Difresh Caviar Deluxe. It has a very competitive price and an extraordinary quality. You can read more in internet visiting "Difresh Shop" ;-))

Try Neutrogena's Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Cream SPF 15. Its a nice moisturizer for face and neck, either alone or under make-up, has retinol for fine lines that may have already appeared, and has built in sunscreen. It works well and its very reasonably priced (around $15 at Wal-Mart). No matter what product you choose, drink plenty of water, limit your sun exposure, use a gentle facial cleanser, and ALWAYS use sunscreen.

The best anti-aging cream is actually sunscreen. I know it is really hard to remember to put it on (I live in sunny Sydney) but it really helps. Also the big brands are popular for a reason so maybe try a Loreal eye cream.

Forget the magic lotion... eat well, drink a lot of water, invest in a good sun screen and limit your exposure. Start a regiment of professional facials once every other month. Makes sense, doesn't it? I hear somewhere that "The difference between European women and American women is that... in Europe they take care of their skin from the inside out... In America... from the outside. in...." Think about it.
