Don't listen to the other people it's not considered as rape she didn't say no or stop how is it possible to be rape.... But it is wrong kinda disturing to... Never take advantage of someone well drunk or anything because you turn out to be the bad person.. Not saying you did just like you specificly said.. If she wanted to ya she could call it rape.. But it's not rape so if your asking this question cause someone did it... well I suggest you tell them that their ******!

Yes it would be wrong and whose to say she is not a virgin and this will be her 1st time and she not really know about it. When someone is drunk, they don't always know what they are saying and doing. Then again, what if she remembers that she did something and even though she was drunk she could say she was raped. So I would just make sure the girl was safe and that no one hurt her while she was drunk.
All it takes is her word against the person who slept with her and a rape kit to convict the person. Regardless if she was drunk or not, in the courts they will say that she was not in her right mind to make the best decision.

Yes. In some instances the girl can claim rape. It's not fair. If she is that drunk she does not have the ability to say no or make a choice which means even if it's not rape you would be taking advantage of her. If you're tempted then just think abou this way: if she has to be drunk to have sex with you, why would you wanna have sex with her? And if she doesn't have to be drunk to have sex with you then why not wait until she can remember it?

Its rape and why would you Having sex is mentto be enjoyed by both and if you did this to her when she was drunk she did not even know what she was doing. If you where any real man you would have made sure she got home safely but knowing that you even had to ask this tells me you are a real peice of work and a rapist. and someone should just kill you so no body elese gets hurt by you.

If you were really drunk at a party and did not even really know who you were making out with and did not say no or stop would it be okay if me and my entire football team had sex with you one at a time, We are all 300lb afro American men and since you could not remember we can invite a few donkeys and goats to join in. I think its juse fine after all you won't remember it

well i do not agree with the it being ''rape" obviously the girl was asking for it BUT!!!! when ur drunk u do things u dont realize u know?
and yes it is wrong because the person is not mentaly or physically stable in doing anything!!
it is also pathetic because if u need to have sex with a drunk girl [[when she doesnt know wtf she is doing]] it means u cant get anyone sober

Yeah its wrong...unless you're drunk too and dont know who you're having sex with. I would suggest not drinking so much if thats the case though. Dont wanna wind up with an STD or an unplanned kid.

yes it is wrong if she is to drunk to know who she is having sex with she cant consent so that is RAPE no matter how you look at it
