Jump Rope, squats, and leg-presses improve jumping most. After you do those, go play some basketball or just jump around for a while.

Ive seen this question asked so many times. You gotta jump around all the time. It doesnt matter were just do it anywhere watching tv, waiting in a long line, etc. Dont spend money on jumpsoles there not worth it. Also look up plyometric drills. Dont forget AB WORKOUTS BECAUSE THAT IS YOUR CENTER OF GRAVITY.

There are many ways to improve your jumping. They two that find most uselful would be:

1. You can buy Jumpsoles which make you walk around on your toes. It builds up you muscles in your leg and feet.

2. Do exercises that work you legs. (i.e., jump rope, jumping jacks, squats, etc...)

I hope this helps.

Work on your agility and leg strength. Do a lot of calf rasies and squats. I played high school basketball and I did a lot of those workouts and improved my vertical a lot.
