JFK Assassination Conspiracy Mathematically Impossible?

On CBS, on tonight's episode of Numbers, the character Charlie Epps said that a JFK assisination conspiracy would be mathematically impossible given the number of people who would have been involved.

If this statement is true, then:

How did the government keep the development of the A-bomb a secret (Manhattan Project)?

Given the amount of contradictory evidence, how can anyone still support the Warren Commission report on the assassination of JFK?

Why is mass media defaming all challenges to historical events as "conspiracy theory"?

Isn't the governments 9/11 "consipiracy theory" the most unbelievable of them all?

OH, please no more US government 9/11 conspiracy theories.

By now, we all know JFK and RFK were murdered by the Mob for reneging on their promises to the Mob when JFK was campaigning. So, there is your assassination conspiracy. It is also well known that Kennedy's father rigged the Chicago vote and other votes to get JFK into office. Nixon knew this and it marked his attitude for life. Nixon conceded the election and left Washington because he made a conscious decision not to split the Nation apart fighting over the election. He reckoned all the problems with racism and integration (at the time) coupled with a scandal about the Presidency might bring down the USA.

Development of the A bomb was kept secret by the US government; and they can keep things secret as we know from recent developments with the Iraq war.

The Manhattan project did leak out - Google for Klaus Fuchs, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, and the various stories that it leads you on to. These were people who thought secrecy about anything so important was not justifiable, but they were prosecuted for passing information.

The media would pay a fortune to anybody involved in a JFK assassination conspiracy who decided to "blow the whistle" on it, especially if this discredited some previously admired people. It hasn't happened, so I don't think it ever will, but that doesn't prove that the logic in the Numbers program is reliable.

Certain activities in Britain during World War 2 involved several thousands of people, and remained completely secret for over thirty years. Specifically, Bletchley Park from 1943 until Walter Winterbotham was allowed to publish "The Ultra Secret" in 1974, but others have come to light even more recently. It sounds as though Charlie Epps would claim this was impossible too, but it actually happened.

They sometimes overdo it on that show. Charlie often uses probability to "prove" that some things are impossible. Probabilities are, of course, no way to prove impossibility. They can only estimate the likelyhood of events. Numbers is not a good source of legitimate information.
