Full face, Half-face, Skid-lid, None (like Nicholas Cage in the Ghost Rider). Also what brand do you prefer and why?

3 out of 4.
Depending on weather and traffic; None, Fulmer full-face, or HJC 3/4, sometimes with a bubble shield.

I don't differentiate between "Cruisers" and others. I've ridden a bunch of different bikes, and "cruised" on all. While I appreciate other's concerns, and their entitled to their opinion, it's still MY head.

Around my neck of the woods there are a lot of crotch rocket riders who don't wear helmets either. In fact a lot of them wear shorts and flip flops. How about a law against riding like that? Why are you just concerned about Harley/cruiser riders not wearing helmets? I don't think a full-face helmet law would stop anyone from riding. Those who don't wear helmets would either wear one, with a somewhat diminished level of riding enjoyment, or would continue riding without. Don't you think there are enough serious criminals out there for the cops to deal with? They don't need to spend there valuable resources and time to babysit me and what I choose to wear or not wear.

Depends on the ride I am on. On just short trips in town i wear a HJC skid lip. If I am travelling out on the highway for more than a couple of hours i wear an HJC SB2 Air. I like HJC helmets because of wear the chin strap touches my chin, its don't slide back and choke me like some other helmets do.

I usually don't wear one. If the weather's less than perfect, I drive my Harley Edition F150 to the coffee shop. Just kidding. I have a Shoei full face for trips, cold weather, rain.

Black & white Police helmet but when I go on a bike trip, it's a full face Snell and DOT approved Shoei X-Eleven Custom.

It's a great fitting helmet and what's your head worth it you go down ??

i use a half shell with visor in the winter, no visor in the summer. they're cooler than full face lids in the summer, but full face is much warmer in the winter.

I don't wear one for a couple reasons, it restricts your peripheral vision, it restricts your hearing, and in the event of an accident, many emergency personnel are not properly trained or sometimes equipped to remove a helmet.(I'm an EMT so that's first hand knowledge).

Remember: There are two types of riders; Those who have gone down and those who will go down. The ones who think they wont ever go down are usually the ones who die when they do go down. support 81
