too many times have i been promised to get my overages taken care of and no result is always a dropped call or a rood representative, i'm tired of this, do i have enough for an argument with my contract with sprint or am i at a dead end steet? can i go far enough with a breach of contract on my side and some names of representatives with their id #'s. i'm not getting no where with the "specialist" @ sprint. you would think that if I broke a contract i would get punnished or fined, why is it any different when a big time head hancho boss like sprint breks an ageement,

If you are not under contract, transfer your number to a different carrier. New customer's always get the best deals on new phones and services. Even threatening to leave will get a carrier to work harder at keeping you.

If you are still under contract you may find a carrier that is willing to pay your early termination fee. However, if a dealer or store promises this be sure to get it in writing.

Another great way to get this issue resolve would be to get a dealer to call for you and do the talking. Less trouble talking on the phone and they might resolve the issue.

Remember big companies like to push us little people around at times, but without us they have no money. If you are promised a credit for overage you should get it.

You have to be persistent and never give up. Every time you talk to someone get their name and ID number. Ask to speak to a supervisor and their supervisor and all the way up the food chain until you get the president of the corporation on the line. Keep as much documentation as you can get. Keep a log of every time you speak to someone including name, ID #'s, times, dates. Find out the name of the president of the corporation and send him a registered letter with copies of all your information and a detailed letter describing your problem and all the trouble you've had getting it resolved. However, do not use foul language or threats...that will get you nowhere. Simply state the facts. I'm telling you if you don't give up you will get results. There is an old adage that says the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Be squeaky my brother and you will get satisfaction. It may take awhile but it will happen.

Stay on the phone until the problem is resolved or keep calling back until you find someone willing to resolve it. Get names and id numbers. If you don't get anywhere with the rep, ask for their supervisor. If the supervisor doesn't fix it, ask for the manager. You can go as high up as the call center director in rare instances. If you can't get it resolved on that end, then go to your local sprint store (not an authorized dealer) and explain your problem to see if they can help you.

Honestly, overage is your problem, not the companies. They will probably tell you to upgrade your plan so that you do not go over your minutes.
