First of all kiamehr you are wrong...viruses are not considered living organisms
and i have not heard of and animal with its brain some where else than his head but i have heard of an animal with no brain at all. A jelly fish is an example.

If by brain you mean an evolved nervous system like in vertebrate animals NO. But some animals like a sea star have a nervous ring in the middle of their body that branches off into their arms. Generally speaking, animals have evolved adaptations to protect their nervous system and also strategically locate it. that is why the brain is in the head which for most organisms is the first place to come in contact with food or enemy.

a cockroach has it's brain in it's neck. in can live without it's head for something like 7 days.
(somehow I don't think this is true) but someone once told me Scientists sowed a cockroach head and neck to another ones rear and it had a completely different mind and wanted to walk the body the other way to the true head.

Yes . there are many animals that they event have any brain at all.
for example bactrium , viruses , ...
but it seems in bigger animals , they all had brain in their head .
