They're still writing the script to it, but it won't be a sequel, it's going to be a prequel. It will tell the story of Viktor, Kraven, Sonya, Lucian, and it may have Selene as a human and getting turned into a vampire, or at least Beckinsale is begging them to put Selene in the movie, so she can reprise the role. But this film won't have Micheal in it, I imagine. Only the older characters. It will probably have William and Marcus in it too, because it's going to have the creation of the races and how the war began in it as well.

I checked IMDB which is pretty much the best source for movies and found nothing about another sequel to underworld. Sorry.

probably about the time Commando 2, True Lies 2, and oh lets see what else..... Red Storm Rising ever get made into movies.
God help us if they make another.
