That doesn't make her gay, it makes her normal. Labels are not necessary. If you want to label yourself, that is up to you but it is not up to anyone else to do it for you. Many people entertain ideas of sexual relations with others of the same sex. This doesn't make them gay, straight or bisexual. Even if they go ahead and have sex that still doesn't make them gay or bi unless they think of themselves that way.
Humans are sexual beings. Don't stick labels on them.
