Yes, I know it's an odd name, but this way my daughter could always be my Baby...

I just want a really feminine middle name to counteract a strong-sounding first name.

Perhaps you might want to consider that 'in the Bible, the name appears as בבל (Babel), interpreted by Genesis 11:9 to mean "confusion", from the verb balal, "to confuse"'.

How about using YOUR middle name? I think it's sweet, the name you are choosing, and the reasons why... Aww! Anyway, my daughter has my middle name and our son has daddys middle name! I like the middle names to be "in the family" rather than just random and because "it sounded good..." But that's just me... just an idea! :) good luck!
