It would be blue I would say, just like those fancy purple ketchups or green catsups. Unless it was blue food colouring, then I guess it would be a nice darker green shade of orange juice. Yes that is my answer. Chatreuse juice.

Well if you mix the colors orange with blue you get gray but I don't know where you would get the blue other than blue food coloring.
