I just instlled a micro innovasions pc cam and the display is just blurred how can i fix this.

may there is a knob around the lens to set the focus use it.

Maybe there is a plastic cover over the lens. Peel it carefully, if it's there.
Maybe the lens is smudged. Clean it with a lens tissue.
Maybe the focusing ring needs to be adjusted. Gently twist the outer rim of the lens housing - if it moves, it's a focuser. My cam works this way, but it's not the same type as yours.

On the web cam, there is an adjusted nob to turn it to adjust and focus the distance. Even if you did that and not working ... it's broken, Return it.
