super saiyan 4 will win. remember goku has instant transmission so even silver surfer is really fast , he can transmit to the location of silver surfer easily and give him kamehame wave x10!!!

The Silver Surfer would win. He is more powerful then Goku no matter what power level Goku is at. Goku has instant transmission but there is no telling how fast the Surfer really is..only that he can go as fast a light speed. Goku would run out of power quickly...the Surfer can just draw on a unlimited supply for the power cosmic. He can also mix up the molecules in Gokus body making him whatever he wanted to. Gokus kamama wouldn't even dent the Surfers skin...he can survive an exploding sun and the Surfer would take no damage.
