you laugh at them, then you offer to help them, but as they reach up for your hand you pull it away and yell "sucked in!", then you run away laughing

You help them up but then again it all depends on whether or not you like the person. Like one day this guy who always critisizes me everytime I walk through, slipped and fell on some ice, it was sooo funny, and he is big too so that made it even funnier, and in that case I did walk away laughing but if it had been anyone else I would have helped.

it depends, if it was a little kid i would make sure they were OK then if they were i would laugh...if it was an old person or a sick person i would help them up and not laugh at all and i would probably laugh hysterically at almost anyone else

Depends on there age-But i have to admit when someone falls it has me laughing -but i certainly would not run away i would have to make sure they were alright

I help them up, especially if it an older person , happens a lot here in Japan , and very rarely does anyone help , frustrates the crap out of me.
