What is the cheat code for the sims 2 that will let me build outside my lot boundary's?

I am building a house with a drive way and gerage. But it won't let me put a wall up on the left side of the drive way because it says its out of bounds.

cheats are on occasion case delicate...and thus incredibly, you have misspelled the cheat. this is motherlode, no longer motherload. additionally, do you hit enter after entering right into a cheat?
