There are many exercises you can do to train your pectoral muscles (chest). If you go to a gym or have weights available at home that option would be best. The alternative would be calisthenics, which is also effective if done correctly.
The trick is to stimulate your muscles (any muscle, not just chest) to the point of fatigue. You can accomplish this by doing sets of various exercises such as: Bench press in all positions (incline, decline, regular) with the bar and with free weights (dumbbells). You can also use the nautilus machines available at the gym, and the butterfly machine, cables will also be a good variety.
Hit your chest muscles 3 or 4 times a week allowing rest in between days. Doing 3-5 sets per exercise, and 8-12 reps.
Here is a good formula that never failed me:
To build size( do moderate weights, where you can only lift it 8-12 times)
To build strentgh ( do heavy weights where you can only lift 3-5 times per set, A SPOTTER IS A MUST FOR THIS ONE)
To build definition ( do light weights where you can crank out 15-20 reps)
Its a good idea to cycle the above exercises above, that way you constantly stress your muscles, they wont be able to get used to the exercise and you wont reach the dreaded plateu (where no progress is made)
Good luck dude and keep pumping

Butterflys, cable crossovers, inclined bench press, reg bench press, decline bench press, military pushups. You want em solid you have to hit them from every angle. Then they are solid from every angle.

Crunchers...
Lots of push ups and clapers...
I do like 70 crunchers and 15 push ups every day...
For the push ups, keep your legs together and your arms a little outwards instead of keeping them strait... Also if your nose is almost touching the ground your doin it right...
