ok well there is scientific answer but what it feels like differs from person to person... it is like all the stress that you feel disapears and tension is gone... your body if full of excitment and joy... your toes curl and your fingers spread... it is amazing and trust me u will know when you have one...it is just a complete release of anxiety... it is like who needs endorphens when you can have an orgasm... and i can spell either...lol look up
