some female nudity (breasts)
the main character has a moment where you see his back side.
some sex
one brief "rape" scene
some trans-gender harlots (not that you could really tell)
Honestly your more worried about sex than violence?
how old is your brother? because if he cant handle nudity he should not see the level of violence in this film, not making a moral judgment just a personal observation.
Other wise it is a freaking awesome movie. I am going to see it again.

my friend said there is a boob scene and that is it for the whole movie..he said it was great and highly recomends it....he did warn me it had a lot of gore...so it may not be the nudity u should worry about..watch out for the blood
