I know there's a difference between them but is it worth to pay more to get the 800?Or the difference isn't remarkable?

I'm planning to buy a e6400,p5n-e sli mobo and 8800gts 320mb and im not planning to overclock it

There's not really much of a difference. An important thing would be to note your motherboard capability.

In daily use, you won't see anything. Maybe if you work on intensive graphics, movie making, etc, you might notice a couple seconds gained...
