Explain how the war is illegal. It was approved by congress. Even Hillary voted for it, but is flip flopping again. If Bush were to not visit South America, all of the liberals would complain because he is doing nothing, and when he visits, you still complain. He couldn't win either way.

I was wonderring how their president can't just block him from coming in? The South American president has to go around his own country on an Anti-Bush campaign while his cities are ripped apart with Anti-Bush protests?! Sounds almost like a "that would never happen.", except it is.
