Assuming I could *control* the "raw energy" and not just zap things, of the three items you have, I'd take that, the "raw energy" option....
Because with sufficient will power and intelligence, I could *make* the raw energy do whatever I wanted it to, if I had the control. Meaning in time I could fake the strength, and possibly even move fast enough to make time less relevant (special relativity, gotta love it!).
And well....other people would find me harder to deal with (in terms of trying to stop me, or exploit me), with the "raw energy" option. With the strength, there is always going to be *some sort* of obnoxious weakness or vulnerability, there always *is* with those people, even if it is just a need to *breathe* like what the Hulk has....and with time control, well, sometimes you can't get what you want, as Hiro proved in _Heroes_ when he tried to save that one waitress's life....he went back in time, had *six months* to make it work...
and she had a brain tumor and was going to die anyway. So yeah, time mastery by itself isn't all that.
So...."raw energy", but only if I had control and mastery of it, above and beyond "zapping things".

If you have a great imagination, I think controlling time
could have a number of great benefits.
If you needed to get something accomplished in a hurry,
superhuman strength would come in handy.

To be honest,none, I want to have the power to grow or control plants!
then not only I can use it as my weapon,which is good since plants are everywhere,
at the same time I can help save our environment too! Mother nature!
