The normal size of the uterus is approximately the size of a fist and has a volume of 75-200cc.

At 12/40 the fetus is approx 75-80mm long and the uterus reaches just above the level of the pubic symphysis.
(Approx 12cm or thereabouts in vertical height)

How can i tell... i couldn't even measure that of my mummy because I was inside it ... and didn't know how to measure it ...that time!!!
