World record for what? Number of children with that name? The prophet himself would have small chance of appearing in the Guiness book as there was no one around collecting world records back in the 7th century.

No, not on any page. But maybe he might be found in the *Guinness* Book of World Records. I'm sure he set a record for something. After all he was the first Muslim to be recognised as the One True Prophet.

That doesn't make sense. Why would the name of the Prophet Muhammad (may he always be at peace) be in the Guinniss Book?

no. but he should be. he should have the record for the most vicious and extreme followers.
i'm not generalising here, but the fact is that some muslim followers are known to be the most violent terrorists in the world.
i do not exclude other religions here, as everybody has a fringe group in their religion, but islam stands out.
otherwise google "mohammed guinneas"

I am not sure but if I would put his name it would be for the most genious military/spiritually leader in the history (I do not think in the number of wives because there were many other persons who had more wives)
