A douche is a cleanser for your vagina. It is made of vinegar and water, and sometimes a nice scent is added to it. It is meant to cleanse you to give you a fresh feeling. It isn't necessary and it is not recommended by doctors because the body self cleanses. Sometimes people call others douche bags as a derogatory term. I don't understand why, because it really doesn't make sense, but they do. I hope that helps answer your question!!

A douche is not used to clean a rear end, it is used to clean a front end. For the backend it would be an enema.
