Someone informed me that my ex husband is currently married to someone and with a child and now lives in the Visayas region, I need to check if I can get information from NSO so that I can finally have a strong ground in filing for annulment. We've been separated for 4 years with 2 kids and with practically no support from him nor his family. I only got pictures of him and his new wife and baby but they say that won't do well in court and I need to secure papers that will realy prove he is really married to another person.

You need documentation that he is married. See a lawyer or a private detective about that. I suspect that he's living with this woman and pretending to be married to her - for everyone's benefit.
If you are filing for annulment, you dont' see the bigger problem - which is that he is a bigamist if he is really married and you are still really married.
This is a legal matter, pure and simple. The law will judge him, pure and simple. That's why an attorney is the person you need to see - after the initial research into his so-called 'marriage.'

Why did you wait four years to file for child support? If you got pictures of another family you should be able to find out where he lives and works. Follow him to work if necessary-that way you can prove he's working and pass that info on to the courts.

maybe you can. try applying for a copy of your husband's marriage contract. the problem is, you will need a certification from you ex-husband in order for you to get a copy of his marriage contract. why not see if he is registered at the civil registry? if he is already married to another person and if he really underwent a marriage ceremony, for sure, there will be a copy of the contract at the civil registry. see for yourself.

Do you mean he's married to two people at the same time? Girl, stick it to him big time! If he doesn't pay back support, I'd put his buns in the lockup!

If you have his SS# you get your buns to the court house and check it out. Big money coming to you and your kids.
