That sex offenders could no longer live near their victim - that means own a home, rent a home, build a home, look at a home, think about looking at a home, dream about thinking about looking at a home, imagine about dreaming about thinking about looking at a home anywhere near their victim!

Every American citizen, at the age of 21, must possess at least one firearm, and the necessary ammunition, in order to defend life and property, if necessary.
300 million armed citizens would be quite a deterrent to crime, their own tyrannical government, and would-be enemy invaders.
It is the essence of the Second Amendment, but made mandatory, to ensure the purpose for it's existence is actually taking place!
BTW: Some (small) towns in America actually have this very law TODAY. I just wish it were a federal law. And, of course, those with criminal records would continue to be banned from firearm ownership.

1. Restructure the tax system. Charge a flat tax rate across the board for people making over a certain amount a year.
2. Government should not get involved in making laws for gays and people who get abortions. That's a personal thing that takes up a lot of politicans time and we don't need in our governing laws. What these people do is between themselves and God.

Make sedition illegal again.
Not disagreement.
Not dissent.
Not protest.
Just sedition, the constant mistreatment of our elected officials and government through name-calling, rumor mongering, and treating them as 'guilty until proven innocent'.
If a private citizen were treated even a tenth as badly, they could have sued the pants, shirt and underwear off the abusers a hundred times over.
Time for patriots on both side of the aisles to speak up, even as they oppose the policies.

I would pass a law where there would be stiffer fines and punishment for scam artist and capital punishment for rapist.

A few things I would like to change!
Pass a law banning the Bush's from another Presidency....
Oh yeah and one other thing should be able to buy marijuana! AND smoke legally!
