I say, "bull". Your friend is going to a lot of trouble to watch R rated movies. I don't think that's all he wants to use it for, he's just not telling you right now. If he's hanging with the kind of people that can get him a fake ID, or if he wants to get to know these people, that is excellent for you. Because he couldn't be telling you any louder or clearer that it's time to let the friendship go.
PS: Lose the swastikas, they are so loserish.

having a fake ID is Fraud. But I doubt you would get caught using it only to get into R rated movies. Most theaters allow you to go in at 16 and do not check ID's anyways. Even if they do they take a quick look just to do their job.

it's really illegal and very very bad. there are really lots of consequences that he might face by doing this. he will be a criminal. in the first place, why would he like to watch rated r movies? i think that his conscience might kill him by doing this. and of course, getting a fake ID without using it is already illegal, what do you think more if you already used it. i say that don't do it or you'll always be with your guilt for life!

i used to have a fake id and never got caught, never got turned down by bouncers. i guess i might have been lucky and girls get it easier anyway, so i cant condone or advise your friend to get one. and believe me hes planning to use it on alot of stuff, not just r-rated movies. i think it's something that is his decision, and you don't have to lose sleep over it.

oh yeah its illegal....
its a pretty steep crime that would get you a multi hundred dollar fine. its called forgery and at an older age your friend could go to jail.
and in jail he wont be able to watch any movies.
he'll just watch his life slowly waste away.

He could get banned from the theater. His parents may ground him for life.
If used for booze he is looking at serious criminal charges.
