Sometimes you just have to go ahead and put a potato up the exhaust pipe of that noisy neighbor kid with the coffee can exhaust on his Honda Civic with the HUGE fake formula 1 wing on it. If he can't stop revving the engine after that many warnings, go for it! Be a man and put that potato where it'll make his engine die in about 3 minutes. That is awesome!
