improve fielding, make the bowlers more aggressive and create some batsmen who can now replace the aging Sarwan and Chanderpaul.
Other than that creating a good infrastructure for training, giving incentives for kids to pursue cricket instead of b'ball, and grass roots development can help make any team better.

the only choice seems to be 'a' - to clone older players like Richards, Lloyd, Andy Roberts, Michael Holding, Malcom Marshall to name a few. Otherwise only God can save the sinking West Indan Ship !
