I don't think there's any such thing as cosmic intelligence. That's why the tree of knowledge is forbidden it doesn't lead to anything lasting; look at a neon sign it's pretty much the same thing in my opinion. It might be something like looking at a piece of plant matter before it's grown, it could cause problems for many reasons not as much as singing and making a glass break but something similar

What is the cosmic mind?
There are three insights of the cosmic mind that constitute the a priori assumptions which make it possible for man to function as a rational and self-conscious personality in the realms of science, philosophy, and religion.
When these become unified they produce a strong character consisting in the correlation of a factual science, a moral philosophy, and a genuine religious experience. And it is these three cosmic intuitions, that give objective validity, reality, to man's experience in and with things, meanings, and values.
It is the purpose of education to develop and sharpen these innate endowments of the human mind; of civilization to express them; of religion to ennoble them and of personality to unify them.
The cosmic level we humans are on- is 1 of infinity.

first, you're assuming that what we call intelligence is universal, and we have no proof of that..second, seeing intelligence as something worthwhile is simply another incidence of human ego..we have something, we are the highest form of life on the planet, therefore what we have is good..the universe is stupid, in that it doesn't think, judge, or plan, it just is and does...man's awareness of self (which is the foundation of knowledge) could just as easilly be man's curse as well as his salvation, marooning us in a cosmos that couldn't possibly care less about what we value

Well, I would start by defining the unit of measurement you'll be using.
Once you've got that established, it'll be a snap.
