You can get stuck in doing the same thing over and over, so that the only thing that feels really good is your own hand. The way to overcome that is to change position, change lube, do things with the other hand, try and make it last so you don't come quickly, just vary things. Otherwise, when you're with someone else, you'll come too quickly and it won't feel like what you're used to.
