erections after a radical prostatectomy?

i had a radical prostatectomy on Jan 15; when will my erections return, and will any medicines help. Im 62

Since you had a radical prostatectomy it may take a little longer and yes there is a possibility of impotence after the procedure. However it is generally considered to be psychological. There are medications such as Viagra, Cialis and Levitra that can help if you are healthy enough to take them. (You can't be taking nitro for chest pain) ! Good Luck
