i heard that we have an average of 50k ohms of resistance i want to know what else because we are making a circuit in a computer program and our circuit needs to be touch by hand to function but we cant simulate it because we dont know what can replace the human plzzz help

try a dry grounded hot dog ( closest thing to a finger you're going to find )

of course the EASY way is to touch it with your FINGER !

if you need to DESIGN the circuit and need specs then buy the cheapest 'touch lamp' you can find and reverse engineer it

PLEASE don't tell me you really just wanted a mechanical activator ( solenoid - USE SPELL CHECK ) that would be just too easy

If you are looking for some device that can physically press or push just like a human - then try a solenoid, the plunger part moves in and out as current is applied to it. You can hav it press a button, if need be.

Depends on what physical effect you're after

pressure?
resistance?
capacitance?

What sensor are you using to detect this "touch?" and what do you mean by "touch?"
