If you use the Vatican approved birth control pill, you don't need to wait. Downside is that you hold it between your knees.

DON"T KID YOURSELF. If you are on the pill you can have PROTECTED sex within a month, usually after the first pack. You can never have unprotected sex unless you want to get pregnant. The pill is only 97% effective in stopping pregnancies from happening. You still have about a 3% chance of getting pregnant even while on birth control pills if you have unprotected sex.

SHE IS RIGHT /\ /\ /\
Birth control is not effective for the first month. Some people may not have gotten pregnant while on it, during the first month (or after 7 days), buts its not correct. Your body needs to become adjusted to the medication before it can be effective in your body.
If you have questions about it, ask your Doctor who prescribed it, or the Pharmacy you picked it up at.
and remember, its IS NOT 100% effective.

7 days believe it or not. I would wait at least a month just to be on the safe side.

I would wait at least a month. But, there are side effects. I gained 30lbs so I went off it.
