I need a response immediately

I'm doing a research report on how the novel reflects Hemingway's personal experiences...in the alloted time i have, it is impossible to read the novel, and my teacher acknowledged this--she advised me to read scholarly interpretations rather than 450+ pages on top of biographical research and analysis....basically what I'm trying to say is i need to cite the quote in order to use it in my paper, but there is no way for me to find it, so please stop assailing with your helpless answers and comments "read the book yourself"

I don't know which edition you have (mine is published by Scribner), but in mine, it's on page 467. It's in the very last chapter and is two pages away from the very end. The paragraph that it's in begins "I have fought for what I believed in for a year now". It's two sentences away from that.
I hope that helps!

That was on page 48, no wait, 94, no, not there, try 64, no? try 396, if that isn't the right page, then try reading the book yourself.

Why didn't you read the book? Take responsibility for your own education.
