My husband is starting a Management Consulting business . If anybody could please help with a name so far we have 'executive decisions', or 'peter sgro consulting' or associates.
There will be a website also, so we have to think regarding when people are typing the name into the search engines for accesibility.

- it is important to get your keywords in the domain name for search engine purpose and at the same time you business name should be short.
do some research at overture tools. and select some keywords related to your business to make decision.
executive decisions very hard to get people search for that words, sgro, ..
I suggest "Peter Consulting", let your business name just two words, it is easy for people to tape it in search engine and to remember it quickly.

You'll need a few, they are ran through a data base to make sure they aren't already used and then you get to choose from the ones that aren't. So, anything common will probably be taken, I assume you are incorporating the business right? So, pick out a few names. Use the last name if it isn't too hard to spell, that will cut down on some of the names taken, also it doesn't have to have the complete description in the name. Like it could be Imagine Consulting...or...Peter's Executive Decisions...long but good....Consulting by Peter.....Management and Growth by Peter....Growth and Management Firm by Peter.... Growth and Management Consulting...P.M.C. Associates...meaning Peters Management Company and Associates... Good luck. I like Just Imagine Consulting...See where your company can grow!! It is important to create a list of at least six names you like as some may be taken. I like Consulting Solutions, or Peter Sgro Consulting.

I think I would look at the type of industry he is in.
IF it is financial management consulting, the name would be much more serious then if it were
management consutling for new owners of chuckie cheese and child themed resturants.
