My breast kind of sore but not reallly when i touch it it hurts a little bit,my back is killing me and lately i sleep alot and im be tired............does that mean im pregnant explain to me please......

very well could be, but for the milk to be coming out you would have to be reall far along.The best thing i think for you to do is call your OB/GYN and have them run some test to find out if you are pregnant and if not then to see what is going on, good luck

no, it does not, a woman's milk does not come in until about three days after giving birth, and there breasts do not leak at all until the end of pregnancy, you could be getting ready to get your period, being tired could be a sign of pregnancy but not a backache pregnant woman get backaches when they are carrying a lot of weight you would not have that problem til later in pregnancy, but if you think you might be take a test

Is your back sore down low? it could be a kidney infection, or a ectopic pregnancy. You should see your doctor soon, or go into the er and get checked out.

as in answer no. 3, the reason is prolactin secretion, which is a NON-serious condition. mostly it is due to hypothyroidism (low thyroxin hormone), you probably have large thyroid (goiter), or a family history of goiter.. treatment is by thyroxin hormone replacement by 1 pill a day... so you probably have some illness but this illness is not serious...

how do you even know that its "milk"? go get checked ASAP. breast leaking fluid does NOT mean you have a kid..that could be something else

When was your last period? Are you late, etc....?? you're back wouldn't be killing you this early on. take a pg test if you are concerned.

your best bet would to have your blood tested to make sure you are with child or not. Test from the store dont always be accurate.
