Medicines dont really help that much. When I feel my husband starting to climax, I make him slow down or stop, and then start again, slowly. As you age, this will become les of a problem

45 yr old male with type 2 diabetes. wasn't getting fully erect and would lose erection before ejaculating. Very stressful!
