most of them. i have one who's super smart, and one who's so goofy he tries to pull, push, or shove large items into small spaces...hilarious to watch!! he never seems to get that they just won't fit. lmao.

I think they are smarter than cats. I had one. he knew to get up on the bench when he wanted a raisinette or a milk bone. The cat was just plain stupid and there. Useless animals. But the ferret would play more and do things with us. A lot of people have them trained to do stuff too. Ya don't get that with a cat. I would say a ferret has almost the smarts of a dog but gets around more like a cat. They really are fun though.

ferrets are extremely smart and rely on their sense of smell, because their eye sight isnt great ... they are a member or the rodent family and also have an awesome odor!!!
KEEP EM CLEAN!!! MOST OF ALL KEEP THE CAGE CLEAN!!! I OWNED A SILVER AND AN ALBINO ... BOTH FEMALES... KEPT THEM IN A RE DO OF A CHINA HUTCH... (EXTENDED BACK AND A BIG TREE LIMB WITH SHELVE S AND SPACES... REAL COOL!!
FERRETS ARE GREAT PETS, BUT REQUIRE ALOT OF LOVE AND A LITTLE MORE ATTENTION, BECAUSE THEY TEND TO STINK!!

Very Smat & Sly creatures........ They're Natural Hunters and can fiure out howto get out of just about anything given enogh time!!!

They are also smarter then the people that own them. LOL THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE RODENT FAMILY!!
