problem is am getting too tensed for small things.shouting on my friends for nothing.getting angry on them.because of that i lost two of my best friends(girls) now they were not speaking i tried to convincing them but they were not listening now they were saying i am no more friend to them.it was too hard to me am feeling alone.they wantedly avoiding me speaking with my rivals in office and moving close to them.its causing high level of irritation to me.what should i do to control my self to leave every thing and to start a new peaceful life ..please help me out.
