Could someone give me a full list?

It depends on what you're looking for. I really like NSider, their Pokemon section is sometimes good, though loads of idiots have been getting on lately.... NSider is pretty good for gaming discussion, but most people hate the anime.
For serious competitive battlers there's smogon.net Personally I think they're incredibly obnoxious, but it's your choice.
Though I'm an active member of the Serebii community, I haven't really gotten to know them. From what I hear they're fairly good at gaming too, but I don't hang around there much. I go to the fic section a lot.
BattleFrontier.net is made up of serious players mostly from Smogon and NSider. It's pretty small, but they're great at battling. (Hey! Sky, Tek, 5K, Judge! I'm advertising for you!!)
There's also the bulbagarden forums. They're great for anime.
There's the PE2K.com forums. I'm a member, but not active, so I wouldn't know much about it.
There is also pkmncommunity.com. I go there for the Episode/Music requests. Don't know much about anything else.
There are loads of them! There are a lot of teeny unpopular forums *coughbattlefrontier.netcough* around. The ones here are mostly the big popular ones.
