transsexualism has nothing to do with sexual orientation. hormones are designed to help a person change their own body, not to change who they are attracted to.

gender and sexuality are different
i am male to female transsexual i take hormones but they do not make me change my opinion on the person i wish to be with
the name transsexual is a bit confusing to some but it is a reflection on ones self and the way one wishes to live, not who they are trying to be with
