Yes but sucking the contents out of the boil is a second date thing at the earliest.

Maybe you could try this its more visual - find a small glass bottle, boil the kettle, pour the boiled water into a large mug along with the sm gl bottle to heat the bottle in the water til hot then place the mouth of the bottle over the head of said boil, wait patiently for it, watching, watching... until it pops, excellent, got anymore?
First date may be a little soon for this activity.

you don't want to breech etiquette,
the first boil to be lanced is always your date's, unless it is the 29th day of February--then the female may take the initiative and her boil may be lanced first.
