in our galaxy there's more than 100.000.000.000 stars and there are billions of galaxies each with hundreds of billions of stars. the sun can't be the only star with planets that have life. other stars with planets have been discovered but still no signs of life on them.

The universe is vast,it is also finite.
At one time it did not exist and some time in the future it will go out of existence.
There are probably billions of planets similar to ours that could and does support life.
There is a good chance they will also harbor intelligent and eventually technological societies like ours.
We have absolutely no proof others exist and we may never get any proof.
A universe that produced us must have done it over and over again.
Without us as the eyes and ears of the universe it would be an evolving, unknowing beast that might cause you to ask "What good is it?"

If you are a believer that the only thing that is true is what can be tested and verified in a laboratory, then your understanding of the world is limited.
We cannot be certain, but it seems more likely that life on earth is not a unique phenomenon.

You are entitled to think what ever you wish. In my opinion there is not nor has there ever been any evidence of such only pure speculation and a few contributions from nut bars who so much want it to be so. Deal with the things we do know, if God wants us to know further it will be revealed to us.

I think the ideas about aliens and outer space things have greatly added to our entertainment and arts worlds, but I personally don't believe it's real.

Just because we can't see alien life, doesn't mean it doesn't exist, remember it can take light BILLIONS of years to travel to the Earth.
But, strictly speaking, there is life in space, astronauts on the ISS!!!

It would be arrogant of us to think we were the only one's out there. If life can be created here then it can elsewhere as well!
