To know the day in which " the accident happened" and that be the day in which you conceive or can it actually be on a later day?
Can breast tenderness be an early sign of pregnancy even though you have no other symptoms??

I knew the exact date of conception if that helps. As for the breast tenderness, yes, its the only symptom of pregnancy I had at first. Go buy a pregnancy test!

Yes breast tenderness can be a sign of being pregnant.
As far as your question about the accident as you put it I never will understand that term because I don't see how any one can accidentally have sex but oh well that's me.
Yes some people claim to know the very second of conception. they say that they feel some thing I don't know about that but it is also possible to think the damage is done and it isn't and become pregnant later.

I don't believe in accidents when it comes to getting pregnant.
Yes you can know what day you conceived on by counting it all back.
Breast tenderness is a pregnancy sign but it is also a period sign too.
But the conception date is an estimated one. You got to remember that sperm can live inside you for up to 7 days so it is possible to have sex on one day but not get pregnant until 3 days later.
