It's pretty natural to me now, but I make a not. Then I make two loops and put one inside the other. I pull it out and tighten it. Then I do it again with the loops (not including the first not) so it's double notted. That's how I tie my shoes. :)

Okay imma type this all out by myself D:<
Okay so first you hold each of the laces in each hand.
make them into in 'X' so one is over the other.
Take either one of the laces and put it into the bottom of the 'X'.
When you put it through, you pull it.
Then now you take one of the laces and make it into a loop (you take the middle-top ish part of the lace and to near the end.)
Make two loops on each of the laces.
Now again, you make an 'X' but keep holding them in a loop.
And again put a loop through the bottom of the X.
And Tug it to make it tighter :]
Now did you understand that? I hope you did :]
Ps. There is another way of tying your shoe but its similar.

Well, its really simple when you get the hang of it. (if this is a serious question)
1st: take the 2 strings (each shoe-lace) and cross them.
2nd: take one string (either one) and put it under the other, now pull them apart.
3rd: Now make a small oval loop (like a bunny ear) with each lace.
4th: Repeat steps 1 & 2. (now using the bunny ears-cross,place one under the other, and pull apart)
If you did all the steps right, your shoes should be tied!
*note* If it didnt turn out tight enough, or just didnt come out right, dont be discouraged. Keep trying.
