It's about a financially unstable single father named Oliver who finds out his six year old daughter has leukemia and takes her across the country to see a baseball game before she dies. (She's a baseball genius, even though she is very young).

What a great concept! Let's see...

ALL-STARS (If they are going to the All Star Game)
GAME 7 (If they are seeing the World Series)
THE MAGIC NUMBER (If the team they are going to see is in a pennant race)

I'm assuming that there's something special about the game they're crossing the country to see.

I also like to use my main characters names as working titles until I can come up with something else. Sometimes that's the best title itself.

SUMMER (This might have a double meaning, if you name your main character Summer, as baseball is mainly played during the summer months...)

Use her name for example.. Sarah's Game... or whatever the lead characters name is.
