Is the battery in your remote dead? Or does the remote need to be reset to your module?

Assuming the vehicle starts with the key with no problems, then the store that installed the remote start is better equipped to help you. Many remote start systems come with a lifetime warranty if they're professionally installed.

It is best to go back to the store that installed it. It could be something simple, the store will have a better idea because they deal with the alarms and starters everyday.

i own a shop ,and first check and make sure the battery,s are in right on it,then if that doesn't help it make sure it hasn't blown a fuse for the system,,and if that fails id take it back to the place that installed it,they will know what to do for it,good luck i hope this helps.

depending on your keyfob there might be a slight corrosion build up on the small circuit board. if its got a single screw on the back keeping it together, you might open it up and lightly rub a pencil eraser on the circuit board where it gets mashed. your eraser will probably turn black from cleaning off the corrosion. put it back together and try it out.
